From a young age I have been enthralled by the magic of birth.

I felt a calling to remember it's sacredness.

This love for birth and my background in health education naturally guided me to serving families in birthwork.

My role as a doula is to witness and hold you through your journey to birth & beyond.

I act as a mirror to your innate strengths so that you may experience the birth of your child in 

true power & presence.

My offerings were created with the intention to nurture and support you through this transformational time.

When I am not in birth or postpartum land, you can find me with my husband  & our puggle (Jax) hiking, travelling, or trying out a local brewery.
